1. You set up your decorating products on your new website
Choose from thousands of suppliers’ products and add your own. We will create a website to meet your business requirements, which can be personalised according to your preferences, down to the smallest details. You can manage your print on demand and drop shipping processes using the functional Control Centre. We provide ongoing website hosting, support, updates, and development/improvements.
Integrations with product suppliers
Integrate your decoration products with suppliers for automatic or semi-automatic daily order creation for products that need to be ordered, updating of in-stock values, prices, etc.

2. Customers connect their stores and sell decorated products
They can link your base products to their stores for Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok, Amazon, eBay, etc. They can define their brands with neck labels, swing tags, packing slips, and stickers. Your customers pay for the production of the orders in advance by purchasing credits or after receiving new orders.
Integrations with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Your customers can sell your products with their design and branding via Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, TikTok, BigCommerce, Weebly, Amazon, Big Cartel, eBay, Magento, WordPress, NOTHS, 3dcart and custom integration with our Brick API solution. We also integrate unique stores (using the API/CSV integration tool).
The API also provides a mechanism for integration with other POD systems like Gelato.

3. Orders get passed into your automated workflow for production and shipping
Paid orders being produced “product by product from different orders” using advanced Workflow system designed to do the production faster by doing different production stages (like stock allocation, ordering stock, printing, quality check, shipping, contacting customers) by different persons and showing production progress on a dashboard screen, as also by creating print-ready files including custom print parameters for different product variations (like KSF) for different printers (like Kornit, Brother, etc.) and automating the process of printing designs, packing slips, labels, stickers, shipping labels.
Production dashboard
A “factory dashboard” shows the whole workflow in real-time with order processing statistics and alerts for any critical issues. You can customise the product categories you need and display all the information on the screen.
Order manager
Order Manager stores all orders for future reference, communication with customers, for duplicating in case if a replacement order needs to be made, etc. All customer details are stored on the website database for future reference, for sending them marketing newsletters, for helping them to make new orders by signing-in on the website on their behalf and preparing the orders, etc.
You can use Order Manager to produce orders “one by one” without Workflow system.

Drop-shipping system
Your customers will love the ability for their orders to be personally shipped, packaged and labelled. The Brick Factory shipping system allows you to personalise every single dispatch.
Shipments registered with shipping providers (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.) or shipping integrators (CourierAPI, ShipStation, EasyPost, etc.), including automation of the weighing process by using scales connected using USB. Orders shipped, customers and their connected stores are notified.
